INDIVIDUAL ATTENDEES
• All attendees must be duly registered before gaining access to the venue.
• Attendees must present valid confirmation (ticket, QR code, or registration evidence) at the
point of entry.
• Security checks may be conducted at the entrance and within the venue premises.
• No weapons, hazardous materials, or illegal substances are permitted within the venue.
• Attendees must conduct themselves in an orderly and respectful manner at all times.
• The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose behavior is
deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
• Photography and video recording may occur during the event. By attending, individuals consent
to the use of their image for promotional purposes.
• No food or drinks are permitted inside the venue under any circumstances. Bringing food or
beverages into the venue is strictly prohibited.
• The organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• By entering the venue, attendees agree to comply with all event rules and regulations.
VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility & Registration: All vendors must complete the official vendor registration process and
receive written confirmation from the Organizers before participating in the event.
2. Bank Partner Requirement: Vendors may be required to open and maintain an active account
with the designated Event Bank Partner as part of participation requirements.
3. Mandatory POS Usage: All sales transactions conducted during the event must be processed
exclusively through POS terminals provided or approved by the Event Bank Partner.
4. Transfer Policy: Where bank transfers are used as a method of payment, such transfers must be
made only into the designated Bank Partner account registered for the vendor.
5. Revenue Share Agreement: The Organizers will earn between ten percent (10%) and thirty
percent (30%) of the vendor’s gross earnings on every sale made during the event. The exact
percentage applicable to each vendor will be communicated prior to the event.
6. Performance-Based Payment Structure: Vendors who do not make sales during the event will
not be required to pay any commission or fee to the Organizers. The Organizers only earn when the
vendor earns.
7. No Category Exclusivity: Participation in the event does not grant any vendor exclusivity within
any product or service category. Multiple vendors may sell similar or identical products.
8. Compliance & Conduct: Vendors must operate in a professional manner, maintain a clean and
safe stall environment, and comply with all venue regulations, safety standards, and instructions
issued by the Organizers.
9. Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must adhere strictly to designated setup and breakdown times
provided by the Organizers. Failure to comply may result in penalties or exclusion from future
events.
10. Liability Disclaimer: The Organizers shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, damage to
goods, equipment, or personal property belonging to vendors during the event.
11. Branding & Promotion Rights: The Organizers reserve the right to photograph, record, and
promote vendor participation as part of event publicity and marketing activities.
12. Amendments: The Organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where
necessary for the successful execution of the event.
